Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Vodeobox financial management tool and website operated by Vodeobox Ltd.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Our service offers various subscription plans. By selecting a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by Canadian law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of local, provincial, or federal laws.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service or any other accounts or computer systems connected to the service.
• Transmitting any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature.
• Scraping, data mining, or using automated means to extract data from the service without explicit permission.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vodeobox Ltd. and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Canada and foreign countries.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vodeobox Ltd., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

7. Financial Advice Disclaimer

The service provides tools for financial management and budgeting. It does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. We recommend consulting with certified financial advisors before making significant financial decisions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
